Abstract:Three Pacific Place is recognized as a successful urban redevelopment project in Wanchai District of Hong Kong. The development has taken over a decade from inception to completion. The development comprises a 38-storey Grade A+ office tower on top of three levels of podium and three levels of basement. During construction, the site was divided into four parcels due to phased land acquisition. This imposed significant challenges to the construction and the engineering design.
