| Abstract: | A cold fusion phusor (spiral wound electrodes in very low-electrical conductivity heavy water) demonstration unit was shown at MIT during the week of August 24–29, 2003. The mean excess power gain (compared to an ohmic Joule control) during the week was 2.30±0.84 for electrical input powers of 120–750 mW. The system developed 338±67 mW of excess power. |
