Abstract:We investigate the amplitude of mesoscopic fluctuations of the conductance of a semiconductor two dimensional electron gas mesoscopic junction at arbitrary bias voltage. The oscillation features of the conductance with the magnetic field are predicted to be due to quantum interference of electron waves.
