| Abstract: | The methods of nanosized gold particles formation are developed using tetrachloroaurate ion reduction with sodium borohydride in the presence of high-molecular (HM) and low-molecular (LM) stabilizers compatible with living organisms. The most stable sols with 2-3 nm particles and high monodispersivity are formed with HM stabilizers such as PVA, gelatin, PVP. Correlations have been found between stability of sols and the ξ-potential. The most stable sols have the ξ-potential of (60-76) mV. | |
