| Abstract: | High-resolution mass spectrometer was used to analyze the gas from a deuterium flux maker. Mass 3 components were analyzed carefully to inspect any anomaly from the deuterium gas permeating a palladium film. Mass 3 component is confirmed again, but more work is needed to separate the signal of the helium-3 (if any) from the heavy background of D–T molecules. | |
