| Abstract: | The CLEO Collaboration searched for the radiative decay ϒ(1S) → γη′ in 1.45 × 106 ϒ(1S) decays. We found no candidate events and set an upper limit of 1.6 × 10-5 at 90%CL. This limit, which is significantly smaller than the previous upper limit, is compared to other radiative ϒ and J/ψ decays and to theoretical predictions. |
